Tiffany Staffen

Tiffany Staffen has over 15 years corporate finance experience, primarily supporting the highest levels of the Accenture executive team (NYSE:ACN) regarding acquisition due diligence and integration, performance improvement, and business unit profitability analysis.  Ms. Staffen’s experience includes extensive financial planning and analysis and financial modeling.

At Malek Capital Advisors, Ms. Staffen has been serving in a variety of engagements, including pre-transaction fractional CFO support services, corporate strategy, valuation, M&A, profitability improvement, and disputes relating to pre-bankruptcy transactions, fraud, and misuse of investor funds.

Most recently, Ms. Staffen drove a sophisticated M&A engagement that resulted in a greater than $100M liquidity event for the client, working closely with the leadership team, accounting staff, external CPA firm, and investment bank.  Ms. Staffen modeled various financial and tax scenarios to achieve efficiency and favorable outcomes for the client.
