Kiera Berkley Durgan

Kiera Berkley Durgan is a Managing Director with Malek Capital Advisors, joining the practice in 2017.  She has played leadership roles in addressing substantive valuation, fairness opinion, and damages issues aggregating $ billions, in industries including automotive and electric vehicles, crypto currency, coal, financial services, litigation funding, oil and gas, real estate and subsidized housing, and wholesale grocery, among others.  She has authored articles for professional journals addressing litigation funding and valuation for purposes of fraudulent conveyance litigation and fairness opinions.

Prior to joining Malek Capital Advisors, Ms. Durgan was a practicing attorney and trial lawyer for 25 years, licensed in California and Illinois, primarily practicing as a commercial litigator.
